From Fajr to Isha.

Five prayers set the rhythm. Your training, water and sleep keep to it.

Most apps tend the soul or the body. Quwwah strengthens both, and lets each know what the other is doing.

One score, two halves

Faith and fitness, weighed together.

The Discipline Score counts prayer at 30 and workouts at 25, the two heaviest habits. Dhikr, steps and water make up the rest. A rest day earns the full 25, so recovery is never marked down.

01Deen

Prayer, on your city's clock.

Times computed for where you stand, the Qibla, a tap to log each prayer, and a make-up list for the ones that slipped. A streak that survives one miss, and a score that shows its working.

  • Five reminders, from a quiet nudge to an exact alarm
  • Adhkar from Hisn al-Muslim, a tasbih to 33 or 100, the 99 Names
  • Discipline score: prayer 30, workout 25, water 15, steps 15, dhikr 15

02Quran

The mushaf, set as a mushaf.

Amiri Quran, the surah band, the basmala on its own line, the ornament carrying the ayah number. Five reciters with Alafasy by default, and search that finds an ayah typed without harakat.

  • Transliteration and translation, ayah by ayah
  • Tajweed colours as a study aid, off by default
  • Reading settings that change the things you actually change

03Workout

Train around your prayers.

Eighteen workouts in five kinds, from push day to a seven-minute reset. Start one, run the clock and log every set; a phone locked mid-set comes back to it. And the library knows the shape of a Muslim's day.

  • Walk after MaghribOutdoor · easy pace25 min
  • Hips for long sujoodHip openers · mat15 min
  • Pre-Suhoor stretchGentle · mat9 min
  • Ramadan light circuitLow intensity · fasted16 min
  • Sets, reps and kilograms prefilled; the timer survives a locked phone
  • Rest days count in full. A gentle week is not a failed one

04Wellness

Your body, honestly counted.

Steps, water by the 250 ml cup, sleep with its stages, fasting patterns that know which days they ask for, and a mood check-in with two gratitude prompts.

  • Apple Health on iPhone; steps and sleep never leave it
  • Monday and Thursday, the white days, Ramadan, or your own plan
  • Heart rate traced across the day when a watch is connected

05Coach

A coach who knows your week.

It sees your prayer times, your streak, your goals and seven days of mood, nothing more than you allow, and answers as it writes, citing the six books by name and number.

  • Never writes Quran on its own: an ayah comes from the mushaf or not at all
  • Stop a reply mid-sentence; clear the history any time
  • One switch in Privacy turns the personalisation off

From the coach's sources

رَكْعَتَا الْفَجْرِ خَيْرٌ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا وَمَا فِيهَا

The two rak'ahs of Fajr are better than this world and all it contains.

Sahih Muslim 725Cited with the collection and number, so you can look it up.

How it's built

The careful way, on purpose.

  1. The Quran is never generated.

Every ayah comes from the stored mushaf: 6,236 verses, fetched as written, never composed by a model.

  2. Adhkar are sourced, not authored.

Hisn al-Muslim in Arabic, with the English from the book's own edition, matched item by item.

  3. Citations stay within the six books.

Bukhari, Muslim, Abu Dawud, Tirmidhi, Nasa'i and Ibn Majah. Nothing else is offered as a hadith.

  4. Right-to-left is the layout, not a patch.

Arabic mirrors the whole app: progress bars fill from the right, sliders read the right way, and so does the back swipe.

  5. Training that knows the calendar.

There is a Ramadan light circuit, slow and bodyweight, that says to stop at any dizziness. There is a stretch for before Suhoor, and hip openers for long sujood.

  6. Your rows are yours.

Row-level security on every table that holds your data. Cycle mode and discipline rest never leave the phone at all.
